GNC Franchise Insurance Requirements:

  • General and Product Liability Aggregate Limit: $2,000,000
  • General and Product Liability Limit: $2,000,000 for Each Occurrence
  • Automobile Liability coverage for owned, hired, and non-owned vehicles: $2,000,000 for Each Accident
  • Fire Damage/Legal Liability Coverage Limit: $250,000
  • Workers’ Compensation and Employers’ Liability Insurance
  • Other insurance that may be required by Statute, rule of the state in which the store is located, or by your sublease.
  • Property Insurance, including coverage for Business Interruption equal to 100% of Franchisee’s annual gross earnings, (excluding ordinary payroll expenses)
  • Franchisor named as additional insured.

  • An invoice will be sent with various payment options.
  • A certificate of insurance will be produced and sent to you.
  • At least 60 days before renewal, we’ll be reaching out to see how things are going and to review any changes that may have occurred.
