We Had a Blast at the Caring Transitions Conference
We just got back from the Caring Transitions National Conference in Nashville, and it was genuinely a great few days. Getting to spend real time with the franchise owners we work with, outside of a quick phone call or email thread, made a real difference. We came home with stronger relationships, a lot of good conversations, and honestly, just a lot of fun memories with a great group of people.
More Than a Commercial Lines Relationship
A lot of our work with Caring Transitions franchise owners centers around their commercial lines, protecting the business itself. That relationship matters a lot to us, and we take it seriously. But being at the conference was a good reminder that the people behind these businesses are more than just business owners. They’re homeowners, parents, drivers, and people building a life outside of the business too.
That’s where personal lines comes in, and it’s a conversation we love having once we’ve already built trust on the commercial side.
Why It’s a Plus to Have Everything in One Place
There’s real value in having your personal and commercial insurance with the same agency, and it’s not just about convenience, although that’s part of it too.
One point of contact. Instead of juggling multiple agents across multiple companies, you’ve got one person (or one team) who actually knows your full picture, your business, your home, your vehicles, your family.
Fewer gaps. When your home and business policies are handled separately, it’s easy for something to slip through the cracks, a liability gap, a coverage overlap, something that doesn’t quite line up the way it should. Having one agency look at the whole picture helps catch that.
Potential savings. Many carriers offer multi-policy discounts when you bundle personal and commercial coverage together, so there can be a real financial upside too.
Faster, easier conversations. When life changes, a new vehicle, a renovation, a new piece of equipment for the business, you’re not starting from scratch explaining your situation to a new agent every time. We already know you.
A Great Few Days, and a Great Reminder
Conferences like this one are a good reminder of why we do what we do. It’s not just policies and paperwork, it’s relationships. Getting to spend time with Caring Transitions owners outside the usual day to day gave us a chance to talk about the full picture of what we can help protect, not just the business, but everything else that matters too.
If you’re a Caring Transitions franchise owner and we haven’t talked about your personal insurance yet, we’d love to change that.
