Tara is a proud Davaoeña who’s all about balancing family, work, and pets like a pro. She joined the Navigate team in February of 2024. Tara’s background over the last nine years has been varied, working for various call centers, as well as getting a new business off the ground.  Now, to Navigate’s benefit, she’s decided to work remotely as a Personal Lines Assistant to spend more time with her daughter, Jethania as well as their 2 cats – Chuchi and Ponyo – and 3 dogs – Snow, Butchok, and Tako.  When she’s not crushing it at work, you will find Tara, her husband, Jeshua, and Jethania enjoying long walks and local street food. Tara is living proof that you can achieve work/family balance with a bit of hustle and heart.
