Mae Lima, a proud mom of two and a loving wife from Davao City, Philippines, joined Navigate in September 2024 as a Customer Service Representative. She received her Bachelor of Arts Major in Mass Communication at the University of Mindanao.
With over a decade of experience in customer service, Mae brings a wealth of knowledge to her role. Throughout her career, she has held various positions, including Project Support, Quality Assurance Supervisor, Customer Success Manager, and as an Executive Assistant which have given her a strategic perspective on understanding and addressing client needs. She is committed to ongoing professional development to stay on top of industry trends and offer the most effective solutions.
At Navigate, Mae is the voice of the company, providing crucial support to the Personal Lines Team and assisting with finance-related tasks with Anna Styles. Her responsibilities include managing bank and credit card statements, as well as handling commission statements and agent payroll, and back-office related tasks.
In addition to her finance and customer service duties, Mae is also involved in the company’s operational rhythm, coordinating with the entire Navigate team to ensure seamless collaboration and effective solutions for clients. She manages company and producer licensing, handles billing inquiries, and facilitates EOS L10 meetings, helping the team stay aligned and focused on their goals.
Outside of work, Mae is a family-oriented person who enjoys mountain and river trekking and long rides on her motorbike.
