Heather Timko has been a valued member of Navigate Risk Advisors since January 2020, serving as a Personal Lines Assistant. In this role, she provides dedicated support to both clients and the agency’s personal lines team, working part-time from home while embracing her primary calling as a stay-at-home mom. Heather earned her degree in Spanish from Baldwin Wallace College in 2000, and her background in language and communication enriches the customer service she provides every day.
Heather and her husband, Andy, live in Berea with their four children. The Timko family shares a love for the Cleveland Browns and for the beautiful surroundings of the nearby Cleveland Metroparks, which offer endless opportunities for outdoor activities and family time.
Beyond her professional and family life, Heather is deeply engaged in her local community. She plays an active role in the Berea school PTA. When she has time to herself, Heather enjoys reading, scrapbooking, and playing volleyball — pursuits that combine creativity, relaxation, and a bit of friendly competition.
Heather’s balance of professional commitment, family devotion, and community involvement makes her a trusted and energetic member of the Navigate team.
