George Presilda

George Michael Presilda joined Navigate Risk Advisors in 2025 and serves as a Commercial Insurance Assistant, where he supports our advisors and helps franchise owners protect their businesses through well-coordinated commercial insurance solutions. With nearly a decade of experience across customer service, technical support, virtual assistance, and graphic design, George brings a steady, service-driven approach to every interaction.

Throughout his career, George has worked in both site-based and remote environments with organizations such as Platinum Outsourcing, VXI, Teleperformance, and Outsourced Doers. These experiences strengthened his ability to multitask, solve problems efficiently, and adapt quickly in fast-paced settings, skills that are especially valuable when supporting franchise operations with multiple locations, strict insurance requirements, and time-sensitive needs.

George holds tertiary education from the Philippine Electronic Communication Institute of Technology and brings strong skills in communication, database management, technical support, and creative design. Known for being organized, dependable, and proactive, he embodies Navigate’ s core values of Service, Trust, Accountability, and Advisor-level guidance. His focus on accuracy, responsiveness, and continuous improvement helps ensure our franchise clients receive the clarity and protection they need to grow with confidence.

Outside of work, George is a devoted father of two who values quality time with his family above all else. He enjoys taking his children to the park in the afternoons, where they play, relax, and create lasting memories together. On the first Saturday of every month, George and his family make it a tradition to spend the day at the beach, enjoying the sea, sunshine, and each other’s company.  In his free time, George is passionate about sports and staying active. He regularly plays badminton, table tennis, lawn tennis, football, and sepak takraw. When he’s not on the court or field, he enjoys unwinding by watching movies, his favorite way to relax and recharge.
