Edna joined Navigate Risk Advisors in May 2025 and serves as a Customer Service Representative in the Personal Lines Department. She earned her Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Mapúa Malayan Colleges Mindanao, where she built a strong academic foundation for understanding people and their needs. After graduating, Edna gained valuable experience in data gathering and customer service while working for several companies in Davao City. These roles sharpened her attention to detail and her ability to provide thoughtful, client-centered service — skills she now brings to the clients and colleagues of Navigate.
Edna’s life outside of work is equally vibrant. She is a proud “fur mom” to three adored companions — Bingo, Presto, and Snickers — and considers time spent with them the perfect way to recharge. Whether playing, relaxing, or simply enjoying their company, those quiet moments are her favorite way to spend a day off. A fun fact that friends and co-workers quickly learn: Edna has an enduring love for anything pink and strawberry. That playful streak reflects the cheerful personality and positive energy she brings to every interaction. With her blend of professionalism, compassion, and joy, Edna is a welcome and valued member of the Navigate Risk Advisors team.
