Jennifer is the Director of Personal Lines and a member of the Leadership Team at Navigate Risk Advisors, where she draws on more than 20 years of insurance industry experience to guide clients in protecting what matters most. She has developed extensive expertise across personal lines insurance and has built a reputation for strategic thinking, attention to detail, and a genuine commitment to client care. Jennifer holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Mount Union and an MBA from Lake Erie College, blending academic rigor with practical knowledge to deliver thoughtful, personalized insurance solutions.
Outside the office, Jennifer’s life is centered around family. She and her husband, Glen, make their home in Avon Lake with their blended family of four children — Derek, Shaina, Kerrie, and Jacob. Their two dogs, a mini Goldendoodle named Duke and a Golden Retriever named Pepper, bring even more energy and joy to the household.
Jennifer loves spending time with her family in the kitchen, cooking and baking together. In quieter moments, she enjoys writing, reading, and creating jewelry. She and Glen share a love for the outdoors, frequently walking their dogs and riding their bikes along the scenic nature paths that wind through Ohio. Whether at work or at home, Jennifer blends professionalism and warmth, reflecting her dedication to both her clients and her loved ones.
